REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in economics, administration, or related fields. * Knowledge of microfinance. * Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Generate daily portfolio reports for the entire network. * Upload TPV files to the integrated system. * Download referenced deposits and generate bank files. * Reconcile collections files with referenced deposits. * Confirm payment application to the network. * Correct erroneous disbursements generated by the system. * Download Mambu files for bonus validation. * Analyze and validate loans eligible for bonuses. * Create treasury projections for payable bonuses. * Send bonus file reports to the network. * Apply debtor balances. * Process and track reimbursement requests. * Review payment clarifications submitted by the network. * Update valid clarifications in the Mambu system. * Perform daily bank reconciliation for balance verification. * Support the network via phone or email regarding bonuses, payments, or portfolio balances.
