Proactivity and teamwork **RECEPTIONIST – CUSTOMER SERVICE** We are looking for Receptionists who provide exceptional service, ensuring a warm, efficient, and results-oriented experience. Responsibilities include appointment management, customer service, follow-up, and supporting the achievement of required business objectives. **Requirements:** * Technical or university studies (incomplete or completed) * Intermediate Office knowledge (Word, Excel) * Minimum 2 years of experience in reception * Customer service and problem-solving skills * Proactivity, responsibility, and teamwork * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Availability to work in the Miraflores district **Responsibilities:** * Manage scheduling, confirmation, and follow-up of appointments, ensuring optimal calendar utilization. * Provide personalized attention to patients, guiding them on treatments, promotions, and center services. * Promote aesthetic treatments, perform upselling, and contribute to achieving commercial targets. * Collect service payments, issue receipts, and conduct daily cash control. * Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction, treatment continuity, and loyalty. * Coordinate with medical and administrative teams to guarantee efficient and high-quality service. * Maintain an updated patient database and generate reports related to appointments, sales, and cash. * Support commercial campaigns and follow up with potential customers. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from day one, with all statutory benefits. * Compensation: S/.1,700.00 – S/.2,000.00 per month, based on experience * Ongoing training * Professional growth opportunities * Positive work environment Interested candidates must submit an **UPDATED CV** through this channel Salary: S/.1,700\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
