Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to explore and develop business opportunities in environmental sanitation, providing technical-commercial advisory services and managing the closing of contracts. Efficient management and closing of service contracts **Responsibilities:** * Explore and develop new business opportunities in environmental sanitation and general services, etc. * Provide technical-commercial advisory services to clients regarding the company's sustainable products and services. * Prepare and present commercial proposals aligned with client needs and environmental standards. * Follow up on submitted proposals and ensure efficient closing of service contracts. * Update and maintain an organized customer database, including reports on progress and commercial results. * Document and prepare reports on executed services. * Conduct in-person visits for sales closures based on a work plan. * Follow up on collections for services rendered, in coordination with respective departments. **Benefits:** * Formal employment under the MYPE payroll system. * Salary: S/. 1,400 + commissions (200 to 500 soles) * Positive work environment. * Training programs. * Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Requirements:** * Technical graduate and/or university bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate-level MS Excel proficiency. * Availability to work onsite in Chorrillos. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Minimum 1 year of experience in service provision and customer service. * Basic PC user proficiency (mandatory requirement). **COMPETENCIES:** * Teamwork * Effective Communication * Customer and Results Orientation * Proactivity * Adaptability and Continuous Learning Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,400.00 – S/.1,900.00 per month Application Question(s): * Years of experience in service provision and customer service. * Age * MS Excel proficiency level (to be verified) * Do you agree to a salary of S/.1,400 plus commissions under the MYPE payroll system, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., in Chorrillos? * Immediate availability?
