DESCRIPTION
On behalf of our client — a leading company in the agro-export sector with international projection — we are looking for a professional to assume the role of TREASURY ASSISTANT.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and control bank accounts, balances, payments, and reconciliations in accordance with group guidelines to ensure liquidity and timely fulfillment of financial commitments.
* Manage cash flow by monitoring daily cash availability and preparing/updating income and expense forecasts.
* Execute supplier payments, payroll, and tax obligations (including SUNAT withholdings/deductions), according to the approved schedule.
* Perform bank reconciliations, verifying balances, transactions, and outstanding items in the company’s accounts.
* Provide support for export collections and foreign trade documentation (e.g., letters of credit, documentary collections), coordinating with Commercial and Logistics departments.
* Prepare treasury reports (cash position, banking obligations, monthly closing) for the Treasury Head or Finance Management.
* Manage operational relationships with banks, including procedures, document submission, and follow-up on requests.
* Administer petty cash, where applicable, ensuring proper control and supporting documentation.
* Provide administrative and cross-functional support to Treasury, addressing additional requests assigned by the immediate supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions, with growth potential.
* Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, dashboards, and macros at minimum).
* Basic knowledge of Power BI.
* SAP FI experience (desirable).
* Experience managing cash flow, supplier/payroll payments, tax obligations (SUNAT), and bank reconciliations.
* Familiarity with agro-export dynamics (desirable).
* Intermediate or advanced English (desirable).
* Willingness to travel occasionally to operational sites.
