Job Summary: We are seeking a Reservation Agent to manage bookings and provide high-quality guest service on short-term rental platforms. Key Highlights: 1. At **ALOJA HOST**, we are a company specialized in the professional management of short-term rental apartments (Airbnb and similar platforms). We manage over 70 properties in Lima. At Aloja Host, we seek a **Reservation Agent** to deliver prompt, high-quality guest service and support booking management on platforms such as Airbnb and Booking. **Responsibilities:** * Operate and commercially manage reservation platforms (Airbnb, Booking, and other OTAs). * Close reservation sales, ensuring achievement of commercial and occupancy targets. * Apply consultative selling techniques, upselling (additional nights, upgrades, extras), and cross\-selling (additional services). * Maintain clear, courteous, and persuasive communication with guests at all stages of the reservation process. * Manage availability, rates, and basic promotions according to internal guidelines. **Requirements:** * Student or graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields. * Customer service or short-term accommodation platform experience is desirable. * Familiarity with OTA platforms such as Airbnb, Booking, Expedia, Despegar, or similar (desirable). * Basic experience with channel managers and/or hotel PMS systems (desirable). * Intermediate proficiency in office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Ability to work toward daily, weekly, and monthly booking and revenue targets. **Considerations:** Work modality: Virtual Schedule: * Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. * Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. * Monday: 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. (midnight).
