(Lima, Peru)** At Transmac, a company with over 42 years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining corporate and commercial spaces, we are seeking a **Commercial Architect** to drive the growth of our Consulting, Design, Construction Execution, and Maintenance business lines. **Responsibilities** * Develop and implement commercial strategies and prospecting plans. * Manage client portfolio: identify needs, prepare technical-commercial proposals, and close deals. * Coordinate with Design, Cost Estimation, and Operations teams to ensure proposals and deliveries follow the **FAST TRACK** approach. * Track opportunities in CRM/ERP systems and prepare periodic reports. **Requirements** * Architecture degree (graduated or licensed). * Commercial experience (preferably in B2B, real estate, construction, or related fields). * Availability to travel within Metropolitan Lima (public transport and private vehicle). * Excellent communication and client-interaction skills; ability to work under pressure. **We Offer** * Opportunity for growth and learning in corporate projects. * Dynamic and collaborative environment. * Commission-based compensation \+ performance-linked benefits. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS** * Fixed salary: S/ 1,500\.00 \+ attractive high commissions. * Formal payroll enrollment from day one. * MYPE labor regime. * Professional growth opportunity. * Excellent work climate. **Application:** Send your CV and cover letter to rosa**@transmac.pe** Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,500\.00 per month Application question(s): * Describe an experience where you closed a complex sale in the architecture or interior design sector.
