We seek proactive individuals with a commercial mindset, results orientation, and enthusiasm for developing their careers in sales and customer service. **Responsibilities:** * Contact and follow up with prospective and existing customers. * Provide commercial support and advice throughout the sales process. * Achieve established sales metrics and targets. * Manage and update the customer portfolio. * Maintain accurate sales records and up-to-date information. **Requirements:** * Experience in sales and/or customer service (preferred). * Availability to work in La Molina. * Morning or afternoon shift, as preferred. * Proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented profile. * Interest in professional development. **Benefits:** * Morning shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. — Base salary S/1500 \+ S/300 attendance and punctuality bonus (for perfect attendance and punctuality) \+ commissions in USD (average 300 \- 800 USD) * Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. * Base salary S/1200 \+ commissions in USD (average 300 \- 800 USD) * Timely payments. * Positive work environment, growth opportunities, and professional development. * Job stability.
