Comprehensive technical support and marketing materials **La Casita S.A.C.** is looking for an independent, results-driven **Real Estate Sales Advisor** to market land plots in Cusco. You will manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and on-site visits to closing the sale and following up on the initial payment. This is a 100% autonomous opportunity, ideal for commercially aggressive professionals seeking high income directly tied to their volume of closed deals. **Key Responsibilities:** * Active client prospecting and portfolio management. * Presentation of projects and technical/legal advisory services to potential buyers. * Coordination and execution of on-site visits (plots/projects). * Negotiation, sale closure, and follow-up on the initial payment process. * Achievement of periodic minimum sales targets. **Requirements:** * Proven field sales experience in intangible goods, credit, or real estate sectors. (Not mandatory) * Strong negotiation skills, proactivity, and goal-oriented mindset. * Class A1 driver’s license. (Not mandatory) * Valid RUC. (Not mandatory—we provide guidance to activate your RUC) * Residency in Cusco and availability to coordinate on-site visits.
