Compliance with administrative and commercial processes COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT **Company:** NOVOCASH S.A.C. **Location:** San Isidro – Lima **Work Mode:** On-site **Working Hours:** Full-time Position Objective Provide comprehensive support to the Commercial Department, ensuring efficient customer service, proper follow-up of sales opportunities, and compliance with the company’s administrative and commercial processes. Main Responsibilities * Handle commercial inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and other channels. * Provide product information, prepare quotations, and follow up with potential customers. * Record and update information. * Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and training sessions with relevant departments. * Prepare quotations, commercial tables, sales orders, and related documentation. * Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and administration to ensure smooth execution of each operation. * Follow up with customers before and after sale. * Maintain the commercial database up to date. * Support commercial campaigns and promotional activities. * Prepare reports and KPIs requested by the Commercial Management. * Comply with internal procedures and propose improvements to commercial processes. * Perform other related duties as assigned by the Commercial Management. Requirements * Completed or ongoing technical or university studies in Administration, Marketing, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or commercial assistance. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * CRM and WhatsApp Business experience preferred. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational, follow-up, and stress-management abilities. * Proactivity, responsibility, and customer orientation.
