**REQUIREMENTS**
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
* Minimum 2 years of experience performing related duties.
* Experience in financial closing, reconciliations, taxation, cost accounting, and inventory management.
* Knowledge of IFRS and Peruvian tax regulations.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* ERP system experience (SAP, Dynamics 365, Exactus, Oracle, or similar).
**Responsibilities**
* Analyze and monitor accounting accounts, accruals, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for monthly financial closing.
* Prepare bank, accounting, tax, customer, supplier, and intercompany reconciliations.
* Supervise and validate the proper issuance of payment vouchers and compliance with tax regulations.
* Manage and monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, including reconciliations, accruals, withholding taxes, retentions, and payment documentation.
* Analyze costs, cost centers, project profitability, and inventory, identifying variances and improvement opportunities.
* Support preparation of tax returns, electronic accounting books, and responses to SUNAT inquiries and audit requests.
* Record and manage fixed assets and depreciation.
* Prepare supporting documentation for financial statements and substantiate accounting balances.
* Identify improvement opportunities and strengthen internal controls within the accounting department.
* Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
