We are currently looking for new talent as a Sales Assistant. Responsibilities: * Conduct the initial contact with potential customers interested in our services. * Promptly attend to and respond to messages received via social media and other digital channels. * Equitably distribute leads among sales advisors. * Follow up and re-engage prospects using established scripts and sales strategies. * Keep customer information updated in management tools. Requirements: * Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (preferred, but not mandatory). * Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Basic knowledge of social media.
