We seek a creative and proactive Marketing Assistant with sales experience who is passionate about fashion and trends to join our team. **Responsibilities:** Social Media Management: Create and execute content calendars (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook). Content Creation: Produce photos, videos, and reels. Monitoring: Respond to messages and notifications, fostering community engagement. Digital Advertising: Create and manage advertising campaigns (Ads). **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions * Graduate in Communications, Graphic Design, or related fields. * Proficiency in design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects). * **Excellent writing and spelling skills.** * Knowledge of TikTok and Instagram trends. * Benefits: **Competitive salary (S/. 1400 \- 1500 negotiable \+ commissions on sales made \+ bonuses for achieving targets).
