That’s why we welcome professionals who are ready to grow, learn, and bring their perspective to the energy challenges of today and tomorrow.** **Here, you’ll find a place to grow and unlock your full potential.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Key Information:** Team: Global Services Location: Lima, Peru Experience Level: 2 years in similar roles Work Type: Hybrid **Key Responsibilities:** * Knowledge of tax regulations such as: Payment Voucher Regulations, IGV Tax Law, IR Tax Law, Withholding Regime, Retentions, and Perceptions. * Issuing and sending payment vouchers to customers; ensuring all payment vouchers comply with tax requirements. * Performing collections application and bank reconciliations. * Collections management. * Accounting ledger analysis. * Customer service (internal and external): providing support (resolving inquiries and customer questions, coordinating with related departments (IT; Accounting; Tax; Terminals; AACC)). * Supporting internal and external audits. * Managing and participating in improvement projects (requirements gathering, testing, incident handling, business support, and others). * Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, controls (SCFII, PLAFT, SOX), internal policies, and established procedures. * Designing and implementing automations to improve productivity and reduce repetitive tasks using DIY tools. * Performing month-end closing according to the accounting schedule. * SAP FI and SD knowledge. **You’ll be a great fit if you have:** * Academic background in: Certified Accountancy. * Data analysis: Proficiency in interpreting and visualizing data, identifying trends, and generating strategic insights. * Technological learning ability: Willingness and capability to rapidly adapt to new technologies and digital environments. * Advanced use of digital tools: Experience with DIY tools, easily adapting to technologies used within the organization. * Knowledge of tax regulations: Payment Voucher Regulations, IGV Tax Law, IR Tax Law, Perception and Withholding Regime. * English – Intermediate * Office (A), SAP FI/SD (Intermediate), Power BI (Basic), Power Automate (Basic), Power Apps (Basic), AI (Basic).
