Key Responsibilities:
• Meet monthly new loan disbursement targets according to your assigned level (Junior, Senior, or Master).
• Maintain strict control over monthly loan renewals as part of delivering excellent service to our customers.
• Enforce credit policies in accordance with the methodology applied in the region where services are provided.
• Recover loans, ensuring portfolio quality with less than 3\.0% PAR\>30 days, per the month-end portfolio report.
• Follow credit process protocols at each stage of the loan cycle.
• Conduct group visits punctually according to repayment frequency (Weekly, Biweekly, Semi-monthly, or Monthly).
• Ensure clients remain within VFM by delivering high-quality service.
• Immediately follow up on delinquency starting from the first day of delay, ensuring payment to the group reference at institutions designated by the company.
• Adhere to fraud prevention policies and procedures established by the institution for each of its customers.
• Fulfill the organization’s mission, vision, core values, and social impact goals.
• Participate in emergency training programs, drills, and activities in locations affected by adverse events, disasters, emergencies, or incidents.
