Job Summary: We are seeking cabin crew members to provide personalized attention, ensure passenger comfort and safety, and uphold service quality onboard. Key Highlights: 1. Service-oriented attitude and friendly treatment We are currently recruiting new **CABIN CREW** talent to join our team for the **ICA \- LIMA** route. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Completed secondary education or technical studies in Tourism, Commercial Aviation, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, interprovincial transportation, or similar roles. * Availability for **FULL-TIME** work **TRAVELING** on **ROTATING SHIFTS** for the **ICA \- LIMA** route. * Strong communication skills, friendly demeanor, and service orientation. * Must reside in the **DISTRICT** of **ICA.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide personalized attention to passengers during the journey. * Ensure comfort, cleanliness, and safety onboard. * Prepare and organize service materials (blankets, snacks, pillows, trays, etc.). * Conduct periodic rounds onboard to address passenger requests. * Deliver the standardized welcome and safety announcement (speech) per company protocol. * Coordinate with staff in Lima and Ica during passenger boarding and deplaning. * Ensure compliance with onboard service quality standards. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Salary of S/1800 (base salary of S/1500 \+ fixed bonus of S/300\). * Enrollment in the General Payroll Regime from day one. * 100% statutory benefits. * Biweekly payments. * Career development path. **You may also send your CV directly via WhatsApp: 942 171 723** Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per hour Application Question(s): * Please provide your current mobile number and WhatsApp number. * Do you have availability for **FULL-TIME** work **TRAVELING** on **ROTATING SHIFTS**?
