




Job Summary: Collections assistant responsible for reviews, follow-ups, recordkeeping, and preparation of documents related to customer management and departmental goals. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in reviewing and preparing information for account statements. 2. Tracking agreements with clients and managing contractual documentation. 3. Managing collections and deposits, and complying with procedures. **EDUCATION:** University graduate and/or completed secondary education **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum 6 months of experience performing similar functions. **KNOWLEDGE:** Basic Excel proficiency preferred; billing system knowledge preferred; customer service skills preferred. **COMPETENCIES:** Teamwork, Proactivity, Responsibility, Organization **JOB FUNCTIONS** * Assist the collections officer in reviewing and preparing requested information from departments and/or clients regarding customer account statements. * Follow up on agreements made with clients, both with and without pre-termination notice and termination letters. * Conduct ongoing follow-up and verification of records for promissory note deliveries and cash receipts. * Prepare pre-termination notice letters for evaluation. * Prepare data on contracts pending termination for evaluation. * Receive and register new contract files (contract, promissory notes, etc.). * Keep the immediate supervisor informed regarding operational activities and achievement of departmental goals and objectives. * Comply with, and ensure compliance with, procedures, instructions, and/or plans of the department and other departments involved. * Collect cash at the office and deposit funds into banking institutions. Salary: S/.1,490.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
