An educational institution is currently seeking an **Educational Commercial Executive**, results-driven with strong communication and customer service skills, to drive family enrollment and retention, support the growth of our educational community, and achieve commercial targets. **Responsibilities:** * Execute commercial strategies focused on family enrollment and retention. * Conduct ongoing follow-up with prospects and interested families. * Achieve institutional commercial targets. * Participate in admissions campaigns, events, and institutional promotion activities. * Manage and follow up on corporate agreements and strategic alliances. * Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities to identify improvement opportunities. * Coordinate dissemination and promotion initiatives with relevant departments. * Maintain up-to-date commercial information across all communication channels. * Represent the institution in commercial and external relationship activities. **Requirements:** * University or technical degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum **2 years of experience in commercial roles**, sales, admissions, or customer service. * Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, and customer service. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Intermediate English (preferred). **Employment Conditions:** * Market-competitive salary plus commissions. * **MYPE Payroll Regime** (50% of statutory benefits) * Availability to work in the district of **Chorrillos**, **Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.** * Work modality: In-person.
