Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage and create engaging social media content, plan digital campaigns, and coordinate tour coverage. Key Highlights: 1. Manages and creates social media content for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. 2. Plans digital campaigns and coordinates tour recordings. 3. Analyzes metrics and proposes creative ideas to increase sales. At Haku Tours, we aim to connect travelers with unique experiences in Lima and Peru. We are a company passionate about tourism, culture, and customer service. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and create social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). * Plan content calendars and digital campaigns. * Respond to messages, comments, and customer inquiries. * Create engaging posts: reels, stories, photos, and copy. * Coordinate recordings and coverage of tours or activities. * Analyze social media metrics and growth. * Propose creative ideas to increase reach and sales. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing studies in Communications or related fields. * Experience managing social media or creating content. * Knowledge of current trends on TikTok and Instagram. * Basic/intermediate proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or other editing tools. * Strong writing skills and creativity. * Interest in tourism, travel, and customer service. * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency.
