Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and up-to-date Community Manager to manage and grow our social media presence, with a passion for the digital world and content creation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and grow social media networks with creativity and proactivity. 2. Digital content creation: design, video editing, and copywriting. 3. We are looking for a Community Manager to manage and grow our social media accounts. We seek a creative, organized, and digitally savvy individual who stays current with TikTok, Instagram, and the broader digital landscape. 1\. Requirements * Technical or university degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. * Basic-to-intermediate knowledge of digital marketing and social media. * Familiarity with basic metrics: reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth. * Prior experience managing social media accounts (minimum 6 months – 1 year). * Experience with scheduling and analytics tools: Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business. * Proficiency in Canva (design) and CapCut (video editing). * Creative writing skills and impeccable spelling. * Knowledge of digital and viral trends. 2\. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in community management (responding to messages and comments). * Basic photography knowledge for social media. * Creativity and proactivity in proposing new ideas. * Organizational skills and ability to work with content calendars. 3\. Responsibilities * Plan and schedule social media posts. * Write copy and select hashtags. * Design simple visual assets (posts, stories, reels). * Edit short videos for TikTok and Reels. * Monitor and report monthly performance results. * Coordinate influencer and content creator collaborations to visit the business. * Propose campaign ideas, interactive initiatives, and digital activations. * Stay updated on the latest social media trends and adapt them to the brand.
