We are looking for dynamic and proactive individuals to manage over 300 daily WhatsApp messages, schedule appointments via phone calls, and build an active community. **Responsibilities:** * Massively respond to interested parties via WhatsApp. * Make calls to schedule appointments. * Foster an active WhatsApp community. * Conduct proactive follow-ups. * Optimize customer service processes and maintain updated records. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or managing digital communities. * Effective communication skills. * Availability from Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. * Proactive attitude and ability to handle multiple messages simultaneously. **We Offer:** * Salary of 1130 - 1200 + BONUSES * Dynamic work environment and growth opportunities.
