Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and dynamic audiovisual content creator for a children's clothing brand, focused on increasing reach, building trust, and driving sales through authentic and engaging videos. Opportunity for professional growth and development At Xplora Kids, we are looking for a creative, dynamic, and proactive individual to create audiovisual content for Xplora — a children's clothing brand focused on digital sales, primarily via TikTok Live and social media. **Job Objective** Create audiovisual content that helps increase brand reach, build trust with our customers, and boost sales through attractive, authentic, and results-oriented videos **Main Responsibilities**; Record and edit videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms. \* Propose content ideas aligned with trends and business objectives. \* Appear on camera when required by the content (explanatory videos, demonstrations, trends, etc.). \* Organize and execute product and collection filming sessions. \* Take product and social media content photographs for catalogs and social media. \* Coordinate with the commercial and marketing teams on content planning. \* Maintain a publication calendar and meet delivery deadlines. \* Analyze content performance and propose continuous improvements. **Ideal Candidate Profile** \* Creative, proactive, and organized individual. \* Comfortable speaking and appearing on camera. \* Genuine interest in social media content creation. \* Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-growing environment. \* Strong visual judgment and attention to detail. \* Excellent attitude, willingness to learn, and consistent contribution of ideas. **Requirements** \* Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or similar platforms. \* Proficiency in CapCut (mandatory). \* Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or Lightroom (preferred). \* Basic knowledge of photography, lighting, and composition. \* Proficiency in using iPhone or other equipment for vertical content recording. \* Familiarity with TikTok and social media trends. \* Portfolio or social media accounts featuring self-created content will be valued. We seek someone who thinks like a content creator and understands how to capture people’s attention within the first seconds of a video. We want someone who not only edits well but also contributes ideas, identifies trends, and creates content that resonates with moms and supports the brand’s growth. **Working Conditions** Schedule: 48 hours per week (Monday 8:30am \- 6pm / Friday 8am \- 6pm / Saturday 8am \- 1pm) // 1-hour lunch break Salary: 1450 soles Inclusion in MYPE payroll.
