Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Advisor with a passion for fashion, responsible for guiding customers through their purchasing process and ensuring an attractive in-store fashion display. Key Responsibilities: 1. Advise and accompany customers during their purchase of textile products 2. Promote sales and achieve individual/group targets 3. Ensure an attractive fashion display Are you passionate about fashion, sales, and interacting with people? Responsibilities: Proactively approach customers and advise them throughout their in-store experience to achieve sales of textile products (Ripley's own or external clothing brands) Receive, advise, and accompany customers throughout their purchasing process Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products based on style, size, and preferences Promote and finalize sales while meeting individual and/or group targets Ensure an attractive product display Requirements: Minimum 4 months of experience in face-to-face sales, customer service, apparel retail, or similar fields Commitment, dynamism, agility, effective communication, persuasion, and customer service orientation Skills: Customer orientation and goal achievement orientation Availability to work rotating shifts Working Conditions: Full-time: Schedule: 46 hours per week Full availability to rotate between 10:30 AM and 10:00 PM Rotating workdays: 5 days per week Rotating rest days between Monday and Sunday (2 days per week) Full-time Salary: S/. 1253 soles Attractive monthly commissions Benefits: Direct Ripley payroll with all statutory benefits Corporate benefits at our stores, educational institutions, etc. Commissions Statutory life insurance Positive work environment Training programs Work Location: On-site employment
