Job Summary: We are seeking a Waiter/Waitress to provide friendly and efficient customer service, serve orders, promote products, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Teamwork and customer orientation **Main Responsibilities:** * Clean and organize the dining area from opening * Ensure tables and chairs are clean and quickly prepared * Greet and seat customers * Provide friendly and efficient customer service from the moment they enter the establishment * Serve orders at the table and clear dishes, ensuring accuracy and effective communication with the bar and kitchen * Remain attentive to any customer requests (reading the table) * Promote menu items through suggestive selling * Comply with hygiene protocols and good handling practices **Requirements:** * Neat appearance and professional demeanor * Excellent memory and attention to detail * Punctuality * Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress (mandatory) * Tray handling skills * Espresso machine operation (+ plus for basic level) * Communication skills * Customer orientation and teamwork * Ability to work under pressure * Residence in areas near the workplace **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * Base salary + tips Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.1,300.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
