Perú 3811** * Experience in the healthcare sector. (Desirable). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments. * Accurately resolve any patient inquiries according to the Clinic's defined customer service protocols. * Meet established service performance indicators to achieve individual and team goals. * Properly receive and forward internal or external calls to requested extensions. * Social media knowledge (responding to WhatsApp messages). * Cashier support (if required). * Support for the Clinic's advertising campaigns. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday–Friday, 08:00–18:00 hrs; Saturday, 08:00–13:00 hrs **BENEFITS:** * Joining a leading company in the healthcare sector. * Positive work environment.
