The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities. This role combines administrative support tasks, website updates, content creation, project coordination, and general technical assistance. **Key Responsibilities** **Administrative and Operational Support** * Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting coordination. * Provide support in email management and task tracking. * Organize digital files, records, and documentation. * Support the leadership team with day-to-day administrative and operational needs. * Coordinate projects and ensure tasks are completed within established deadlines. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports. **Technical Support** * Provide basic technical support to staff regarding computers, printers, software, email, and common office applications. * Assist with user account administration, passwords, and software access. * Provide support for Microsoft 365, cloud storage, and other company systems. * Help improve internal processes and digital organization. * Research and recommend technological solutions and process improvements. * Collaborate on automation initiatives and the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools. **Website Management and Digital Content** * Maintain and update company websites. * Create and update landing pages, forms, and online content. * Ensure published information is accurate, up-to-date, and presented professionally. * Support SEO optimization and mobile responsiveness. * Publish and update job postings and other digital resources. **Graphic Design and Marketing Support** * Design graphic content for social media, flyers, newsletters, presentations, and internal communications. * Maintain consistency of the company’s visual identity across all materials. * Design and edit PDF files, forms, and marketing materials. * Collaborate on email campaigns and digital marketing initiatives. * Create presentations and visual materials for the leadership team. **Reporting and Organization** * Maintain updated spreadsheets and reports. * Organize and track information from multiple systems. * Ensure data accuracy and consistency. * Prepare summaries and reports as needed. **Requirements** * Associate Degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. * Minimum two (2) years of experience in administrative support, technology, digital marketing, or a related role is preferred. * Excellent organizational and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. * Proficiency in learning new technological tools and software. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks to completion. * Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems. **Preferred Knowledge and Skills** Experience with: * Microsoft 365 * Google Workspace * Canva * WordPress * ChatGPT and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools * Basic HTML/CSS * CapCut or other video editing software * CRM platforms * Zapier or other workflow automation tools * Social media content creation **Core Competencies** * Organization and time management. * Professional communication. * Initiative and accountability. * Attention to detail. * Problem solving. * Adaptability. * Creativity. * Customer service orientation. * Confidentiality and discretion. * Rapid learning ability. **Compensation** **Salary Range:** S/ 2000 – S/ 3000 ($580 – $880) per hour, depending on candidate experience and qualifications.
