Image Consultant / Fashion Specialist – Full Time **TAWAQUI** is a Peruvian brand specializing in exclusive dresses designed to enhance the silhouette of Peruvian women. We seek an **Image Consultant** passionate about fashion and customer service, eager to develop professionally and join a rapidly growing brand. What will you do? * Provide personalized advice based on each client's body type. * Create a memorable shopping experience. * Manage orders and customer service via WhatsApp. * Assist with store organization and inventory control. * Participate in live sessions and content creation when required. Requirements * Experience in sales or customer service (mandatory). * Passion for fashion and dresses. * Excellent communication skills, empathy, and charisma. * Proactivity, responsibility, and commitment. * Desire to learn and grow professionally. Schedule **Monday to Saturday** **10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.** (1-hour lunch break) Compensation **Fixed salary: S/1,200** **Commissions from S/300 upwards**, based on goal achievement. **Performance bonuses from S/150 upwards**, based on performance and results. **Monthly income exceeding S/1,650**, with potential for further increases according to your performance.
