We have established ourselves as a leading company in this field, delivering comprehensive solutions to our clients. **Your main responsibilities will include** * Analyzing and managing requests related to resource availability for telecommunications service delivery. * Validating infrastructure network resource availability using corporate platforms. * Executing assigned operational activities in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. * Recording and updating information on performed tasks in organizational systems. * Coordinating with involved departments to address operational requirements and incidents. * Ensuring the quality and consistency of recorded information during task execution. * Meeting response time targets and established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). * Promptly escalating cases requiring specialized validation or support. * Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards. * Contributing to operational continuity through efficient management of assigned resources and requirements. **What We Are Looking For?** * **Education:** Graduate/Bachelor's degree/Professional title in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum **1** year of experience in activities corresponding to the requested service within telecommunications companies. * Basic knowledge of fiber-optic (FTTH) network infrastructure and service connection processes. * Basic knowledge of FTTH (Fiber to the Home) network infrastructure and access network architecture. * **Availability for on-site work** (Lima\-Surquillo), rotating shifts within the hours of 7:00 AM to 8:30 PM (48 hrs/week), Monday through Sunday **What We Value?** * Commitment to work quality * Teamwork * Flexibility and adaptability * Results orientation * Innovation and creativity **What We Offer?** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits (profit-sharing bonuses, CTS, vacation, ESSALUD, and mandatory life insurance). * Certified training to enhance your skills. * Real growth opportunities and career path. * Access to corporate agreements with exclusive discounts.
