Proactivity and results orientation COLLOKY is currently seeking a Full-Time Sales Advisor for our store located at Real Plaza Puruchuco Shopping Center. **Location:** Real Plaza Puruchuco Shopping Center **Main Responsibilities:** * Providing customer service and consultation. * Driving sales and achieving targets. * Maintaining in-store merchandise organization and restocking. **Requirements:** * Experience in sales and customer service (preferred). * Proactivity and results orientation. * Availability to work 48 hours per week on rotating shifts. **We Offer:** * Base salary: S/750.00 * 2% commission on sales (uncapped). * Bonuses for store-level target achievement. * Statutory benefits: health insurance, CTS, bonuses, severance pay, and family allowance.
