What Are We Looking For? * Minimum of **1 year** of experience as a hostess, receptionist, or in similar customer-facing roles. * Preferred experience in cafés, restaurants, hotels, or premium service establishments. * Customer orientation and service vocation. * Ability to work collaboratively and resolve situations with courtesy and professionalism. * Availability for a **rotating day off**. * Availability to work on-site in **San Isidro or Surco**. Responsibilities * Greet and welcome customers. * Manage customer flow and table assignments. * Provide information about the establishment’s services and products. * Coordinate with the dining room team to ensure seamless service. * Address customer inquiries courteously and efficiently. * Ensure a warm, elegant, and memorable service experience.
