Job Summary: Responsible for guest reception, reservation management, and maintaining the restaurant's ambiance, ensuring attentive service and upholding the complex's image. Key Responsibilities: 1. Guest attention and reception, including VIP guests 2. Management of telephone and digital reservations 3. Maintaining an organized and pleasant work environment **Responsibilities:** * Maintain a clean and orderly workspace daily to carry out duties and tasks in a pleasant environment. * Verify hotel occupancy and check for reservations, then assign tables accordingly. * Handle the reservation telephone line and verify reservations made through digital platforms. * Receive guests and/or customers at the restaurant and escort them to their tables. * Remain constantly alert to service needs and guest arrivals to promptly address any concerns. * Welcome VIP guests entering specialty restaurants or buffet areas to uphold the complex's excellent image. **Requirements:** * Intermediate English proficiency * Immediate availability Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,130\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
