Job Summary:
We are seeking an HVAC Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring adherence to technical procedures and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment.
2. Ensure compliance with technical procedures and safety standards.
3. Coordinate and optimize technical staff activities.
We are a multinational company with over 19 years of experience in **environmental climate control**, operating in Peru, Central America, and Venezuela.
We are looking to incorporate an **HVAC MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR** into our team.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
Graduate or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project.
Prior experience managing detailed HVAC, refrigeration, and related budgets — preferred.
Advanced intermediate Excel skills.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Supervise and coordinate the execution of **preventive and corrective maintenance** on HVAC equipment (split, cassette, fan coil, rooftop, AHU, exhaust fans, and injectors).
* Verify that work is performed in accordance with **technical procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations**.
* Schedule and organize technical staff activities, ensuring adherence to **maintenance schedules**.
* Monitor proper use of **tools, equipment, and materials**, preventing loss or damage.
* Prepare and review **technical reports, maintenance logs, and service records**.
* Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure proper service delivery and incident resolution.
* Supervise compliance with **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards**, use of PPE, and safe field conditions.
* Identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes to optimize time and resources.
* Verify correct operation of serviced equipment and ensure operational readiness.
* Support technical diagnostics and resolution of failures in climate control and mechanical ventilation systems.
* Monitor attendance, performance, and productivity of assigned technical staff.
* Ensure compliance with company internal procedures and client requirements.
