REQUIREMENTS: \- Technical degree in Industrial Electricity \- Minimum 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician, multifunctional technician, electrician technician, electromechanical technician, air conditioning technician, or related roles Knowledge in: \- Preparation of technical reports \- Chiller operation \- Electrical panels \- Plumbing \- Fire protection systems \- Elevators \- Generators \- Masonry RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Provide operational technical support within the assigned account coverage area and during client-specified hours for Property Management. \- Responsible for operation of assigned technical equipment \- Handle all corrective maintenance tasks at client facilities assigned by supervision \- Respond to requests for locksmithing, electrical work, painting, and plumbing \- Complete the scheduled checklist route in the assigned zone \- Use appropriate PPE and tools in compliance with Occupational Safety Regulations \- Obtain client signatures on service completion certificates \*\* We are an inclusive company that respects diversity and does not engage in any form of discrimination \*\* Salary: S/.1,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
