More than selling garments, we seek someone who represents our brand, drives sales, and delivers an exceptional shopping experience to every family visiting our store. Deliver warm and personalized service, advising our customers on selecting children’s apparel and contributing to achieving the store’s commercial goals. Main Responsibilities * Provide personalized and courteous service to each customer. * Drive sales by delivering an outstanding shopping experience. * Advise on sizes, styles, colors, and outfit combinations for children’s clothing. * Maintain product organization, cleanliness, and proper display. * Restock merchandise as needed. * Support inventory counts and store organization. * Collaborate with the team to achieve commercial goals. * Occasionally assist in creating social media content when required. Essential Requirements * Experience in customer service or sales (preferred). * Excellent service-oriented attitude. * Strong communication skills. * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. * Availability to work on-site. Desirable Requirements * Experience in clothing stores, retail, children’s fashion, or similar sectors. * Basic knowledge of cash handling or sales systems. * Interest in fashion and current trends. Working Conditions **Position:** Sales Promoter \| Children's Fashion **Work Modality:** On-site. **Location:** Antonio Bazo 570, 4th floor, La Victoria – Gamarra. **Reference Schedule:** 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. **Shift and Days Off:** To be determined during the selection process, according to the store’s operational needs. **Compensation:** Fixed salary \+ commissions.
