Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior B2B Sales Advisor for the digital channel with commercial experience and a strong desire to grow within the industrial sector, managing customers and sales opportunities through to closing. Customer service and quotation follow-up **We are looking for a Junior B2B Sales Advisor – Digital Channel!** **Do you have commercial experience and an interest in developing your career in the industrial sector?** This could be an excellent opportunity to grow in a commercial role involving customer engagement, quotation generation, opportunity tracking, and sales closing. **What will you do?** * Handle customers and leads generated via Google Ads, WhatsApp, and digital campaigns. * Provide commercial advisory and product guidance. * Prepare and track quotations. * Manage commercial opportunities through to successful sale closure. * Coordinate with internal departments to address customer requirements. * Contribute to achieving commercial targets. **What are we looking for?** * Graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B commercial roles. * Customer- and results-oriented mindset. * Strong communication, negotiation, and learning capabilities. * Industrial sector experience is valued but **not mandatory**. **No prior knowledge of our products is required: we provide a structured learning curve to support your business development.** **What do we offer?** * Base salary + variable compensation. * Formal employment under Peru’s General Regime. * EPS health insurance covering 70% for employee and direct dependents. * Profit-sharing based on company performance. * Location: Lima – Cercado de Lima. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * On-site work modality.
