Food preparation and plating, customer service A specialty café in Barranco is looking to hire staff for the position of **Kitchen Assistant (Full Time)**. Salary: S/. 1,300 \- S/. 1,400 (Based on experience and performance) Store operating hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 am to 10:30 pm; Sunday, 9:30 am to 9:30 pm. Availability to work rotating or fixed shifts, with one day off per week. **Preference is given to candidates available for the afternoon shift.** Work Location: Av. San Martín \- Barranco. Job Responsibilities: \- General cleaning of the work area \- Washing and disinfecting equipment and materials \- Food preparation and plating \- Customer service, among others. Requirements: \- Minimum of 6 months’ experience in similar positions \- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) \- Residence in nearby areas \- Completed secondary education \- Currently pursuing a degree in Gastronomy or related fields (preferred) \- Positive attitude \- Strong communication skills \- Punctuality \- Responsibility \- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team.
