A specialty café in Barranco is looking to hire staff for the position of **Kitchen Assistant (Full Time)**. Salary: S/. 1,300 – S/. 1,400 (Based on experience and performance) Store operating hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 am – 10:30 pm; Sunday, 9:30 am – 9:30 pm. Availability to work rotating or fixed shifts, with one weekly day off. **Preference is given to candidates available for the afternoon shift.** Work Location: Av. San Martín – Barranco. Job Responsibilities: - General cleaning of the work area - Washing and disinfecting equipment and materials - Food preparation and plating - Customer service, among other duties. Requirements: - Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions - Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) - Residency in nearby areas - Completed secondary education - Currently enrolled in Gastronomy or related studies (preferred) - Positive attitude - Strong communication skills - Punctuality - Responsibility - Willingness to work collaboratively.
