We are looking for a talented, creative, and detail-oriented **Manicurist / Nail Technician** to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate must master a wide range of nail sculpting, care, and decoration techniques, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality experiences and exceptional customer service while always prioritizing hand and foot health. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Classic Services:** Perform traditional manicure and pedicure sessions, including cleaning, nail preparation, and cuticle treatment. * **Long-Lasting Systems:** Accurately apply semi-permanent polish and gel manicures, ensuring neat and durable finishes. * **Artificial Systems and Extensions:** Sculpt, structure, and apply acrylic nails, polygel, builder gel, and nail extensions, adapting to each client’s anatomy. * **Design and Trends:** Create *nail art* designs (freehand, rhinestones, effects, etc.) aligned with current market trends and client preferences. * **Care and Maintenance:** Safely and technically remove nail products to preserve natural nail health. * **Biosecurity:** Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of all tools and the work area between clients. * **Consultation:** Recommend the most suitable treatments and products to clients based on their nail condition. **Requirements (Preferred):** * Demonstrable technical experience in all services listed (a portfolio of previous work is highly valued). * Solid knowledge of nail anatomy and safe handling of chemical products. * Certifications in nail sculpting, polygel, or *nail art* techniques (desirable). * Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and communication abilities. * Proactivity, organization, and strict adherence to hygiene standards. Salary: S/.953.06 \- S/.1,300.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
