We seek to bring on board a committed, responsible professional who is eager to keep learning and developing within a work environment focused on delivering a premium experience to every client. Requirements * Experience in manicure and nail systems. * Knowledge of Rubber Base, Polygel, Soft Gel (Gel Tips), Gel, hybrid systems, and leveling. * Experience in Russian manicure. * Excellent customer interaction and strong personal presence. * Eagerness to learn, train, and stay updated on new techniques. * Residence in Santiago de Surco or nearby districts preferred. * Availability to work rotating schedules and rest days. Responsibilities * Perform manicure and nail system services following MALULA protocols. * Ensure high standards of hygiene, quality, and care in every service. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper care of tools and the workstation. * Deliver personalized service and a premium experience to each client. * Participate in training programs and stay updated on new techniques and trends. * Adhere to MALULA's established service and presentation standards.
