




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Merchandiser to ensure product display, replenishment, rotation, and support for merchandise inspection within a Peruvian company. Key Highlights: 1. Additionally, provide support in merchandise inspection and verification when required, contributing to appropriate inventory control and product quality. **Specific Responsibilities:** * Merchandise management at point of sale. * Execute product restocking on shelves, display cases, and exhibits. * Maintain correct product display according to planograms and commercial guidelines. * Verify pricing, promotions, POP materials, and proper signage. * Control product rotation using the PEPS (FIFO) methodology. * Check product expiration dates and condition, removing items with discrepancies. * Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility and shelf presence at point of sale. * Gather competitor information (prices, promotions, new launches, displays). * Maintain appropriate commercial relationships with store managers and customers. * Prepare daily reports on visits, displays, incidents, and activities performed. * Follow assigned visit routes and meet established coverage indicators. * Support in merchandise inspection and control. * Perform physical merchandise inspection upon request from warehouse, logistics, or commercial departments. * Verify quantities, codes, batches, expiration dates, and physical condition of received or dispatched products. * Identify damaged, missing, excess, or discrepant items relative to supporting documentation. * Support cyclic and general inventories when required. * Validate that merchandise meets quality specifications prior to distribution. * Prepare incident reports identified during merchandise inspections. * Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve identified issues. * Support preparation and review of special orders when necessary. * Other responsibilities. * Comply with safety, order, and cleanliness standards during job performance. * Safeguard company assets, POP materials, and tools provided. * Perform other duties related to this position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Required Profile:** * Completed or ongoing technical studies in Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields (preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Merchandiser in traditional trade, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or personal care sectors. * Knowledge of merchandising, restocking, and display techniques. * Experience in merchandise inspection, inventory control, or warehouse support (preferred). * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and mobile reporting tools. * Availability to perform fieldwork and travel according to assigned routes. **Competencies:** * Organization and planning. * Attention to detail. * Results orientation. * Proactivity and initiative. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Responsibility and commitment. * Problem-solving ability. * Honesty and integrity.
