Job Description We are looking for a committed and proactive part-time waitress to join our team, delivering high-quality, fast, and friendly customer service. Candidates must have experience in customer service, table service, POS/cash handling, and the ability to maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. Main Responsibilities * Provide customer service and ensure a friendly and efficient customer experience. * Perform table service, including taking and delivering orders. * Apply suggestive selling techniques, promoting dishes, beverages, and daily specials. * Manage cash register and POS system, accepting payments in cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods, and issuing receipts. * Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure optimal service flow. * Verify food quality and presentation before serving. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, complying with sanitary protocols. * Prepare and organize tableware (plates, glasses, cutlery, trays). * Restock supplies and perform basic inventory control. * Promote customer loyalty and contribute to their satisfaction. * Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor. * Basic knowledge of social media. Requirements * Minimum 3 months of experience in restaurants, cafés, or customer service roles. * Knowledge of table service, order taking, and tray handling. * Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and invoicing. * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling protocols. * Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours. * Strong customer service orientation and customer experience expertise. * Proactive, responsible, and self-motivated. * Good communication skills and courteous demeanor. * Teamwork ability and coordination with kitchen staff. * Problem-solving skills and ability to handle complaints/issues. * Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented. * Energetic, dynamic, and professional appearance. * Commitment to service quality and customer satisfaction. SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with 1 HOUR LUNCH BREAK); Sundays off. Salary: S/.1,100.00 – S/.1,300.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
