Job Summary: We are seeking a customer service professional with experience in the food service/hospitality industry to advise customers, promote sales, take orders, and address customer needs. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in the food service and/or hospitality industry 2. Customer-oriented attitude and service mindset 3. Proficiency in digital point-of-sale systems and suggestive selling REQUIREMENTS: \- Completed secondary education and/or currently pursuing higher education. \- Minimum of 6 months of experience in similar positions within food service and/or hospitality companies. \- Customer-oriented attitude and service mindset. \- Immediate availability to work on split or continuous shifts. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Advise customers and promote menu items. \- Take orders and enter them into the digital point-of-sale system. \- Attend to and proactively resolve any customer needs, while performing suggestive selling. \- Apply service policies and procedures (e.g., handling complaints or inquiries) and collaborate effectively as part of a team. \- Comply with internal work regulations, food hygiene and safety standards, and all applicable provisions. \- Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
