(Peruvian audience) We are currently looking for FULL-TIME COLLECTIONS ADVISORS. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY? \* Basic PC skills \* Minimum 3 months of experience in collections call centers. \* Strong communication skills and fluency in speech. \* Immediate availability to work onsite near Megaplaza. \* Willingness to learn and grow WHAT DO WE OFFER? \* Fixed monthly salary of S/1200 \+ bonus scheme \* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM \- 5:30 PM; rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM \- 1:30 PM or 12:00 PM \- 5:30 PM \* Lunch provided by the company. \* Career Path Opportunity \* Salary paid without AFP or ONP deductions \* Short, paid training sessions. \* Training certificate \* Discounts on company products. \* Excellent work environment, career path, and ongoing training. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Contact customers and provide order information. \- Follow up with and collect payments from delinquent customers. \- Verify and correct information with the sales department.
