Because the challenges you’ll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide full support for all PCs and peripherals (PIN pads \- ticket printers \- etc.) * Resolve hardware and software incidents on-site * Support incidents related to base software * Prepare, install, configure, and replace computing equipment * Clone devices and back up user data * Customize devices and restore user data * Prepare devices for delivery to vendors and end users * First-line support for printers * Maintain up-to-date hardware inventory * Prepare management reports and summaries as required * Transport and relocate equipment between client sites (driving company-assigned vehicles) * Manually record and track equipment movements \- shipping documents **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems. * Minimum one (1\) year of experience as an on-site technical support technician. * Advanced hardware diagnostics (PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals) * Installation and configuration of operating systems and institutional software. * Intermediate proficiency with office tools (Office Suite, Hardware and Software) * Advanced knowledge of cloning tools. * Basic knowledge of data networks and VoIP. * Experience supporting audiovisual equipment (projectors, displays, audio systems, controllers). * Ability to coordinate with vendors. * Soft skills including empathy, strong communication, and courteous interaction with users. **Additional Information** Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
