At **Patty Bakery**, we seek cheerful, responsible, and service-oriented individuals to join our team in the **Customer Service and Sales – Order Central** department, supporting our customers through various channels and ensuring a sweet and satisfying experience. **Office and store:** Miraflores **Fixed schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (in-person), and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (remote). Sunday off. **Main responsibilities:** * Provide customer service and advisory support via digital and telephone channels. * Manage orders from registration through final delivery. * Validate customer payments. * Issue and manage receipts, invoices, and waybills. * Coordinate deliveries using our own fleet and third-party services, with continuous tracking. * Plan and optimize dispatch routes to ensure efficient delivery times. * Manage special orders (e.g., events, custom cakes, etc.), considering all requirements. * Coordinate with production, stores, and cafés to fulfill orders. * Administer recurring café orders (scheduling and tracking). * Serve corporate accounts (e.g., Cencosud: Wong and Metro), including purchase order review and logistics coordination. * Track orders and incidents. * Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by direct management. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or order management. * Basic Excel proficiency. * Prior experience in food, retail, or similar industries is preferred. **Benefits** * **Fixed salary:** S/ 1,400 \+ Sales bonus. * **30% discount** on Patty Bakery products. * **We provide the necessary tools** to support your development and optimal performance. * Be part of a **growing company**, with a dynamic and challenging environment. * **Professional development opportunities.** * **Statutory benefits under the SME regime.** Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,400\.00 \- S/.1,401\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
