At SINO SUPPLY PERÚ, we are looking to bring aboard a Post-Sales Assistant — a committed, organized, proactive individual with a strong service orientation who will help strengthen our relationships with customers and ensure appropriate follow-up after each sale. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our customers receive timely service, appropriate advisory support, and efficient post-sales follow-up. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide customer service and advisory support. * Conduct post-sale follow-up with customers. * Supervise machine installation. * Coordinate and monitor post-sales services. * Maintain control and tracking of service reports. * Address inquiries and requests, providing timely solutions. REQUIREMENTS * Strong verbal communication and excellent interpersonal skills. * Experience in customer service. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Ability to work under pressure. * Basic knowledge of the Consumer Protection and Defense Law. * Service-oriented attitude, organizational skills, and results-driven mindset. WORK LOCATION Cercado de Lima – Víctor Reynel 181 COMPENSATION S/ 1,300 monthly WORK HOURS Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. BENEFITS * Job stability. * Punctuality bonus of S/ 80 per month. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * Fixed working hours. * Excellent working environment.
