Process analysis and automation to optimize management **Process Automation Analyst \| Power Platform** **Q Digital System** is looking for a **Process Automation Analyst**, a professional oriented toward continuous improvement and digital transformation, with experience in **Microsoft Power Platform** and process-based management. **Job Objective** Provide support in process elicitation, analysis, and improvement, identifying automation opportunities and developing solutions using the **Microsoft 365** ecosystem to optimize process and project registration, tracking, control, and traceability. **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze processes and identify automation opportunities. * Design and implement solutions using **Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, and Forms**. * Configure automated workflows for registrations, approvals, notifications, tracking, and controls. * Develop applications and solutions that improve process management and traceability. * Create dashboards and KPIs for process and project tracking. * Provide support, maintenance, and continuous improvement for implemented solutions. * Gather requirements from users and involved departments. * Participate in functional testing, validation, and solution implementation. * Prepare technical documentation, procedures, and user manuals. * Coordinate with end-user departments to ensure proper adoption of automations. **Essential Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in **Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Engineering, Administration, or related fields**. * **Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.** * Demonstrable experience with: * **Power Automate** * **Power Apps** * **SharePoint** * **Microsoft Lists** * **Microsoft Forms** * Intermediate or advanced level proficiency in Excel. * Knowledge of **Business Process Management (BPM)**. * Knowledge of **BPMN 2\.0 and Bizagi Modeler**. * Experience in process elicitation and analysis. **Desirable Knowledge** * **Power BI** * Power Query * SQL * Python * REST APIs * JSON * RPA: UiPath or other tools * Project management: Scrum, PMI, or other agile methodologies. **Competencies** * Analytical thinking and solution orientation. * Ability to design automation solutions. * Problem-solving skills. * User and internal customer orientation. * Effective communication. * Organization and planning. * Attention to detail. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Technological curiosity and learning ability. * Results orientation. **What We Are Looking For** A person who combines **process knowledge \+ technical expertise in Power Platform**, capable of understanding a business need, identifying improvement opportunities, and turning them into an automated solution. **We do not seek only theoretical knowledge of Power Platform; practical experience developing automations with Power Automate and applications with Power Apps is essential.** **Application Instructions** If you have experience in **process automation with Microsoft Power Platform** and are interested in participating in digital transformation projects, we want to meet you! **Apply by submitting your updated CV indicating your experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Microsoft Lists.** **2-month project with potential extension to 3 months in San Isidro.** **On-site working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.** Salary: S/.1,099\.80 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Application Questions: * How many years of experience do you have developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform? * How many years of experience do you have implementing automations using Power Automate? * How many years of experience do you have developing applications with Power Apps? * How many years of experience do you have working with Microsoft Lists, SharePoint, and MS Forms? * What is your Excel proficiency level?
