Dynamic and collaborative work environment **Join the Minaji team!** We are looking for an experienced Regional Supervisor in the retail sector, with proven leadership and commercial management capabilities, who can ensure the proper operation of our stores and contribute to achieving sales targets, operational standards, and customer experience goals. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee the overall operation of assigned stores and ensure compliance with operational, commercial, and service standards. * Lead, support, and evaluate the performance of Store Managers, providing continuous guidance and feedback. * Conduct periodic visits to various store locations to assess their operational, commercial, and administrative performance. * Monitor achievement of sales targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and action plans established for each store. * Prepare, review, and approve monthly staff schedules, ensuring adequate operational coverage. * Coordinate with Human Resources regarding personnel matters such as vacations, absences, medical leaves, resignations, and hiring requirements. * Ensure adherence to customer service protocols, store presentation standards, and shopping experience guidelines. * Supervise the proper implementation of commercial campaigns, promotions, product launches, and visual merchandising materials. * Coordinate product replenishment, restocking, and inter-store transfers. * Oversee inventory management, stock control, shrinkage prevention, and maintenance of assigned assets. * Manage operational incidents and customer complaints that may impact business continuity or customer experience. * Consolidate and submit commercial and operational reports to General Management. * Propose continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, commercial results, and customer experience. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Commercial Management, International Business, or related fields. * Minimum two years of experience in supervisory, coordination, or store administration roles within the retail sector. * Experience leading and developing work teams. * Knowledge of commercial management, retail operations, and KPI tracking. * Knowledge of inventory management, stock control, shrinkage prevention, and cash handling. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, at intermediate or advanced level. * ***Willingness to work on-site and frequently travel between assigned locations.*** * ***Willingness to undertake scheduled business trips as required by operational needs.*** * ***Desirable knowledge or experience in makeup, cosmetics, and skincare products.*** * Leadership, results orientation, organizational skills, effective communication, adaptability, and problem-solving ability. **What We Offer:** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Career progression path and professional development opportunities. * Special discounts on Minaji products. * Christmas bonus basket. * Training and mentoring to strengthen your leadership and retail management competencies. * A dynamic, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment.
