Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and proactive individuals to assist in transporting orders and provide general support to waitstaff, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in transporting orders between the kitchen and the dining area. 2. Provide general support to waitstaff to ensure a smooth customer experience. 3. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. We are Don Melchor Pollos y Parrillas, and we are looking for dynamic and proactive individuals to join our team as RUNNER / WAITSTAFF ASSISTANT at our locations: Av. Primavera 1000, Santiago de Surco Refugio Gastronomico Av. Javier Prado Este 4492, Santiago de Surco RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist in transporting orders between the kitchen and the dining area. * Provide general support to waitstaff to ensure a seamless customer experience. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. REQUIREMENTS * Prior experience in the food service industry. * Availability to work rotating shifts. (48 hours \+ 1 hour daily break) * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. * Customer service experience. * Positive, customer-oriented attitude. **Benefits** * Base salary of S/1130 \+ RC of S/300 \= S/1430 \+ Punctuality bonus of S/80 * Formal employment under the MYPE regime. * Meals provided. * Career development path.
