Participation in sales meetings and performance analysis At Sagama Group, a leading company in the metal-mechanical industry, we are seeking new talent for the position of: SALES ADVISORS **Responsibilities:** Sell metal, stainless steel, and melamine furniture. Make telephone calls to clients or prospects to close sales. Conduct follow-up and negotiation with new clients to expand the customer portfolio and identify sales opportunities. Participate in sales, operational, and performance analysis meetings to receive feedback and stay updated. **Requirements:** Minimum 6 months of call center sales experience. Completed secondary education. Availability to conduct in-person activities in Ate (Santa Clara). **Benefits:** Fixed salary of S/ 1500 plus UNLIMITED commissions. Formal employment registration (payroll). Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
