We are looking for a dynamic and responsible female candidate to support sales management and order tracking in an on-site capacity. This position is intended for individuals with intermediate/advanced telephone customer service or call center experience, strong communication skills, and organizational ability. \*Please submit your CV only if you meet the requirements.\* **Requirements:** ✔︎ Female candidates aged 21 to 27. **✔︎** Intermediate or higher proficiency in call center operations or sales support via phone. ✔︎ Basic knowledge of Excel and WhatsApp Business. **✔︎** Strong communication skills and responsibility in customer follow-up. **Main Responsibilities:** **1\.** Handle inquiries and sales via WhatsApp and phone calls. **2\.** Conduct customer follow-up and maintain records in Excel. **3\.** Monitor orders in logistics status. **4\.** Coordinate communication regarding orders in delivery and collection process. **Position Details:** **Work Mode:** On-site **Working Hours:** Morning shift, 9 am to 6 pm \| Monday to Saturday **Starting Salary:** 1130 soles fixed monthly \+ commissions Organized work environment with clearly defined processes.
